Engage is located in Boston at Independence Wharf. The services   we offer are, quite simply, a result of what business and non-profit leaders told us they wanted: Business leaders wanted a new way     to influence the non-profits they care about most and a socially responsible approach to attracting and retaining great employees   and clients. Non-profit leaders wanted to give their key people  access to high-level professional development so they could more effectively attract and retain great employees and clients.

Please contact us to arrange a visit to one of our classes. There you will meet some of our clients and see the program that others call the perfect balance of business and philanthropy.

Community involvement is a big part of Engage’s culture. In addition to the services we provide businesses and non-profits, we support our communities in many ways. For example:

  • Since our founding in 2004 we have donated at least 30 days of customized training and consulting each year to local non-profit organizations.
  • We provide United Way of Mass Bay & Merrimack Valley with unlimited free professional development for all their employees.
  • In 2008 we created a new kind of fundraiser for local socially responsible teenagers. They needed to raise money for their summer trip to the Appalachia Service Project where they will be helping disadvantaged kids and adults. Engage conducted a public speaking class for teenagers and 100% of the tuition was donated for the trip.
  • In 2007 we gave over 50 scholarships so leaders of small local non-profits could attend our classes on fundraising and presentation skills.
  • We’re creating a leadership development program for homeless and disadvantaged kids. The program focuses on enhancing their public speaking skills so they build greater confidence and self-esteem.
