Attracting and retaining great people and profitable clients is a challenge for businesses and non-profits, and it's getting more challenging every day. We help business and non-profit leaders build stronger relationships and we help them communicate a more compelling message.

Our services are offered through customized on-site programs, off-site programs attended by a mix of non-profit and business professionals, and individual coaching. Our coaching is focused on one thing: Making people more effective at communicating a compelling message about what their organization does, so they are better able to attract and retain great employees and profitable clients. Business and non-profit leaders say we produce results that are comparable to – or better than – global training firms. But it’s not just about the training. It’s a completely new approach to corporate citizenship.

You decide if you want us to work with just a couple of people, or a larger group. Typically our engagement starts with just one of your employees and one employee at a non-profit of your choice. Our fee is refunded if either person is not satisfied with our services. Whoever you hire us to work with will be part of a unique learning environment that will improve their skills, build stronger habits, challenge them to develop new ways of thinking, and build their knowledge of corporate citizenship. Along the way they will meet other business and non-profit leaders and, perhaps, create new partnerships.
